NBA Playoffs and NFL Draft

Lets start with the NBA Playoffs. My Dark Horse Team is the Denver Nuggets. Chauncey Billups is on Fire and can lead a team to the Finals(As he did with Detroit). In 2 games he scored 67 points with 0 turnovers, Second best ever behind Mr. Jordan. He is averaging 33.5 pt, 12-15 from The Arc and has a supporting cast to compete with the Laker's. So if there was a team that can upset the laker's, i would go with the Nuggets.

King James & The Cavaliers will win the East easily. The only team that can give the Cavs a problem is D Wade and the Heat. Orlando's Rafer Alston needs to step it up to compete with the heat. Boston wont make it out the next round because of too many injuries.

Now The NFL Draft:

Daddy will be mad when the Chargers Select Ohio States RB Chris Wells :(

The Cleveland Browns are making bad moves already before the season starts. They traded Winslow, in talks with the Giants for Edwards and wants to draft Sanchez when they have Anderson & Quinn.

I see Sanchez going to The NY Jets. They will trade up for him. One Prediction I have is "The NY Giants Select......... Wide Receiver From Maryland Darius Heyward-Bey.

My question for you Geno,

Do you think Stephen Curry made the right decision by Foregoing his senior year for The NBA? If so, where would he get picked? Top 3, Top 5, Top 10?

I can see David Stern on June 25 ... " With the #8 Pick, The New York Knicks Select ......... PG Stephon Curry of Davidson".

Love your argument for the dark Horse Nuggets and would love to see you be right... i'll definitely chat this up come Tuesday's live Blog cast... and props to you for rootiung for D wade.

thanks for the taunts of Beanie Wells and while-if they are shortsighted enough to go with a RB, i pray it's knowshon moreno-but if they realize there will be impact RB's in the next two drafts and give LT one more year to show with a more involved Darren Sproles he'll return to an incredible halthy top tier RB... Thet need to find a compliment to fill the void left by the departure of igor olshansky to Dallas wher he will flourish back under the tutelage of Wade Phillips. i PRAY that they will be wise enough to jump on DE Tyson Jackson out of LSU... who will keep the opposing offnses from cheating away from an incredibly healthy Shawne Merriman.

As for the Browns.. they may not have been bad moves IF they do something with that extra Qb on draft day... we'll see how thta plays out over the next 48 hours...

Stephen Curry def made the right pick etering the NBA draft... what's he gonna do hang out to break Maravich's scoring record. The diff between him leaving early is i think the impact a senior has in collge hoops is a lot less than THE NEED FOR A SENIOR YEAR AT QB where STAFFORD and SANCHEZ would get invaluable experience they WILL NEVER get at the pro level. Buyer beware Detroit and Wash.. wh i AM SURE will trade up for sanchez.
